The nature of it

Pondering the world,
How I wonder what you are,
Haiku, O Haiku!

When you're away

Tossing and turning,
Restless rest while sleeping solo,
Dreaming you were here.

A tingling sensation

Hand under my head,
Going to sleep while sleeping
wakes me with tingles.

Lemonade stand

Twenty-five cent cup,
Hot summer days when kids sell
Lemonade and ice

REMote control

Flicking dream channels
Stirring in the morning hours
Dream and wake and dream

Lunch on Tuesday

Italian beef,
Juices soaking through its bun,
with French fries and Coke.
